When you exceed your plan's included messages or KB pages, overages are drawn from a prepaid balance — your account keeps working without interruption.

Set a balance threshold and a refill amount. When your balance dips below the threshold, we charge your card automatically for the refill amount.
Promotional credit applies before charging your card and appears as a balance reduction on your billing page.

Only AI-generated outbound replies count toward your monthly total. Inbound messages, drafts you discard, and replies your team members write themselves never count. If you send 1,000 messages this month and 800 were written by humans on your team, only the AI-generated ones subtract from your plan allowance.
Your account keeps working. Additional messages are billed at the overage rate for your plan — $0.03 per message on Starter, $0.02 on Pro, $0.015 on Scale. Additional KB pages are billed per page too. You can top up a prepaid balance manually (minimum $5) or enable auto top-up to refill automatically when your balance dips below a threshold you set.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Your 7-day free trial gives you one account, one agent, 100 messages, 3 KB pages, and 50 AI suggestions. You pick a plan and enter payment details when you start the trial, but you're not charged until the 7 days are up — cancel any time before then and you won't pay anything. If you cancel, your workspace moves to a read-only state; nothing is deleted.
